The school was founded on the 2nd of April 2018, by the Shunny Bhardwaj and named as Shipra Convent School’. The named ‘Shipra Convent School’ is derived from the River Shipra which is situated in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. The word Shipra is used as a symbol of "purity" (of soul, emotions, body, etc.) or "chastity" or "clarity".
